• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Compliance Guarantee LIMITATION

While Ask Trucking endeavors to keep its clients compliant with all FMCSA and DOT regulations, the ultimate responsibility for compliance lies with the motor carrier. Ask Trucking is not liable for fines, penalties, or out-of-service orders incurred due to the motor carrier's negligence, failure to provide requested documentation, or failure to follow our guidance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Ask Trucking or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

6. Changes to Terms

Ask Trucking reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the website is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
